About Me

Woman with a flower in their hair, wearing a light blue top, against a light background.

For nearly two decades, I have been on a mission to empower individuals to turn cluttered chaos into blissful spaces. I believe everyone has astonishing potential to make positive changes in their mindset. Doing so allows us to free up energy for living truly vibrant and joyous lives. I use empathy, integrity, and gentleness in my approach and will delight you with transformative tools. I primarily coach virtually no matter where you live, but I also work with clients in Houston, Texas.

MY STORY

I was both born organized and a born clutterer. One of my earliest memories was that I loved sorting my tea set spoons in a row. I also had a “collection collection.” I collected troll dolls, rocks, pennies, etc. I grew up with lots of closet space, and I hid away a huge amount of stuff behind these doors. I consumed much more than I needed, such as a large pile of purses. One day, our family hired a professional organizer, and I immediately knew that this was something I could do some day.

In 2006, I started Bliss Coaching right after graduating from Sarah Lawrence College. During my graduate work at the New School, I built a holistic coaching practice where I helped people get to the root causes of their clutter. I didn’t want to just take people’s money and have the clutter keep accumulating.

In 2015 I got certified as a Martha Beck Life Coach to hone my skills. Dr. Martha Beck, Oprah’s Life Coaching columnist at O Magazine, helped me to develop extremely powerful tools that have helped me guide countless clients so that they can live in peaceful, beautiful spaces. Martha Beck’s certification is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, the gold-standard in the coaching world).
